Let us introduce ourselves.. We are several woman from different backgrounds who have one thing in common. We all, at various times in our lives, fell in love with the Yucatan. We each bring our own expertise and knowledge from our former lives as business owners, realtors and designers. We know that moving or even buying property in a foreign country is an exciting but scary move. We have all been there. That is why we are here to assist you in finding your prefect property and helping you along with the process of owning here in the Yucatan.

We look forward to showing our properties to you! To make it a positive experience for all of us, please call as soon as you know your arrival date to make an appointment. It is difficult to show a property on less than two days notice.

We are happy to provide transportation to see the properties. We also provide assistance on closing, including referrals to legal and accounting advice as needed.

We have designers and local builders to help you either build your dream home on the land you have purchased or to fix up one of the many fixer uppers located in Merida and on the beaches. Keep in mind that labor costs in Mexico are low so, cost of building are significantly less than in North America.

It is our policy to charge a small retainer for showing property. Our fee is $25 USD for a half-day and $50 USD each full day, plus gasoline expenses. This will be gladly refunded to you at closing.
